Metalsa Project

I worked as Team and Project Leader in the development on the frequency analysis to identify natural frecuencies on both pieces. The chassis and the shock absorber. Hand Drawn analysis and Solidworks Simulation to obtain the movement equations for the system of the chassis, the deflexion and the natural frequencies.

Simulate both objects through Solidworks Simulation. Got the understandings of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and at last made a Matlab to get a Graphic Image Analysis. Applying numeric methods for the frequency spectrum to get a graph that translates us the determination of the natural frequencies. This originates through a source of vibration.

Vehicle to Analyze was the RAM 1500. Made a Beam analysis by hand to simplify the form of the chassis.
